2. Implementing a new SAP
With the passage of new SAP Regulations in October 2010, faced with how to implement rules in Banner and how to display information to students after grade processing in August for the Summer 2011 term.

3. RORRULES
Used Expert SQL in RORRULES so we could use variables in our rules as we wanted to exclude remedial units and ESL courses from our attempted units for maximum time and our attempted units for PACE and our completed units for PACE

4. ROANYUD
Once we had run our SAP each term, decided it would be helpful for FA staff to see a student’s PACE with the remedial units deducted.

6. Self Service
Wanted to display helpful information to students so they could see the standards for SAP they had been evaluated on. Use Dynamic Messages in Banner Self Service to display student specific information to them for students on warning and disqualification.

8. ROANYUD – Academic Plans
Once we approve a student on an academic plan for SAP, decided it would be helpful for FA staff to see this in Banner for future reference.

9. Self Service – Academic Plans
Wanted to display helpful information to students so they could see the approved academic plan for them. Use Dynamic Messages in Banner Self Service to display student specific information to them as well as data from ROANYUD.

10. Argos Report – Summary of ROANYUD
Developed a report to be able to summarize the data from ROANYUD for students with academic plans in order to more easily monitor their progress after grade processing for each term.
