Today’s Purpose and Outcome
Our purpose is to foster a culture of collaboration to support student success. Our outcome for today’s meeting is to use the collaborative inquiry process to brainstorm ideas for the school-wide behavior plan.

Generate, Sort, Synthesize
Topic: Student Behavior Expectations Individually Record 3-5 key ideas for topic, each on a separate index card. Task Groups: Share your items, as follows: One group member begins by offering an item Additional items are added using a round-robin protocol (one at a time, in sequence) Adapted from Groups at Work – MiraVia LLC

Next Steps Behavior Committee will Review Recommendations and Incorporate them in to the final plan. The plan will be disseminated to all staff. The plan will be implemented during the school year.
