Delivery delay t+36 months in some MS
Breakdown A 6 sufficient for most users
Liberate resources in NSIs and Eurostat

Advance deadlines as follows:
Total GVA (former ‘summer estimation’) to 12 months (becomes ‘winter estimation’)
