5 specific bad choices/regrets that the men talk about in their letters
5 specific pieces of advice that they give to their younger selves

10. Letter to Self
Goal = to write a properly formatted letter (in an addressed envelope) to my past, current, or future self
Your letter should be:
At least one page long, single spaced
Written in complete sentences
Written using the proper letter format (see example)
Folded and place it in an addressed envelope (see example)
Your letter should focus on life lessons, values, advice, and hopes or dreams
