In A, hypertension was defined as ≥ small by dipstick. In B, hypertension was defined as SBP ≥ 140 and DBP ≥ 90mm Hg. In C, elevated serum creatinine was defined as > 106 μmol/liter for females and > 120 μmol/liter for males. P = 0 for all three groups.
