Live Pilot Plan a bold roll out Launched to Y11 Parents at GCSE evening Core subjects presented and shared Frog Use Gather feedback, document the issues Initial plan to go out 1 year group per HT, with training sessions Actual roll out was 5 year groups over two weeks! Y10/11 on GCSE evening (as in previous pilot year) All Y7-9 in the following 7 school days.
