Identified current challenges with the fiscal year cycle, conference planning cycle, and membership cycle
Discussed need to more fully investigate our fiscal and tax status so agreed to invest money in hiring accountant to review and consult
Reviewed Statement of Purpose in bylaws – discussed a focus on transition as way to expand our fulfillment of purpose
Better defined committees and generated future ideas and areas
of growth for committee work

8. Membership Committee: Benchmarking
OH-AHEAD has plans to conduct a benchmark survey during the academic year. Once completed, a summary report of this data would be available to all members. What benchmark data would you be interested in OH-AHEAD collecting? For example, size of population served, ratio of staff to student, types of disabilities served, budget allocated to disability resources. Contact the Membership Committee with ideas.

9. Conference Committee Report
Will host 2018 conference at Terra State Community College
Exploring ideas for webinars to be held for Ohio AHEAD members or in conjunction with AHEAD
Developed matrix for evaluating concurrent session proposals
Seeking feedback on the best time of year for the conference
Committee has been more involved in the overall planning of the conference
Continuing the pre-conference evening social

Hosting service renewed through BlueHost in June
Minimal redesign of the website and color scheme
