There is at least one problem with every single question on this survey. Can you identify them all? How would you change it?

What to look out for in a survey
Anonymous – you don’t normally need to know names. Make sense – answers should fit the questions. Categories don’t overlap – it shouldn’t be possible for one person to tick more than one box. Categories cover all the options – there should be a box to tick for everyone (you may need an ‘other’). No leading questions – don’t try to force a particular answer by asking biased questions. Answers are understandable – it shouldn’t be hard to choose the answer that applies to you. Relevant – stick to the topic, and if a question isn’t necessary get rid of it.
