The teacher is highly passionate about teaching their subject matter and creates very engaging lessons that the students really enjoy. Subsequently the teacher’s students do very well on all of their assessments. The teacher is always available for extra help/tutoring and works from 7:00-4:00 everyday. Building personal relationships with each of his/her students is also one of the teachers goals.

The teacher is very disinterested in their subject matter. Most of the lessons involve busy work with the students doing mindless book work and filling out worksheets. Subsequently the teacher’s students score very poorly on their assessments. The teacher arrives at 8:05 and leaves at 3:15 everyday. When the teachers sees students downtown or in the grocery store then turn and try to avoid them.
