Decide on Criteria BEFORE 1st team Watch the performance carefully Note WHAT the actors did HOW they sounded HOW they moved

Evaluate the Overall Performance Did you understand it? Did the solution make sense? Was the point clear? Were the actors convincing? Did you enjoy the performance? Jot down personal comments Be consistent throughout the day

12 Assessment What is main difference between performance in IC and the TC? (Team Managers) – What questions might you ask Team Members? (Appraisers) - What questions would help you evaluate a team’s Performance Skills?
