Daily Question: The continents of the world fit together to form a puzzle. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Explain.

Vocabulary: Continental Drift: the idea that continents have slowly moved over time. Plate tectonics: Theory that the earth is divided into plates that move via convection currents. This explains why there are earthquakes & volcanoes.

Check off if the statement is evidence or opinion If evidence, decide if it supports continental drift.
