2. What is the ICANII
The ICAN II is a spacecraft design that was crafted by Penn State University.
It utilizes the Antiproton Catalyzed Microfission/fusion.

3. ACMF Process
A pellet of Deuterium-Tritium and Uranium-238 is compressed with particle beams and irradiated with beams of antiprotons.
The antiprotons are absorbed by the U-238 and creates enough energy to generate fission.
The energy will be absorbed by the D-T core and generate fusion

It would only take the ICAN II 30 days to reach Mars.

This is based off similar design by called Project Orion create by Stanisław Ulam.
Project Orion used a pusher plate system and fission explosions as a method of propulsion
