2. Initiative Goals:
Key federal agencies will provide leadership to advance policy changes which supports an effective early childhood delivery system that integrates Part C/EI and Home Visiting services
Build state capacity to develop and implement effective strategies to promote the integration of Part C EI and HV programs into the Early Childhood System
Work in partnership with Part C/EI, HV national stakeholders, TA providers and advisory council leads in support of an effective early childhood delivery system.

3. Objectives/Activities
Identify and develop resources to support Part C/home visiting state collaboration
Identify evidence-based practices, indicators and exemplars of successful HV/Part C collaboration activities.
Implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to disseminate information
Implement an engagement strategy:
Leverage existing resources
Use social media and technology to disseminate information
Actively engage stakeholders using:
Focus groups
Listening sessions
Product review
Conferences

Identification of states that reported collaborative activities between the two programs

Technical Assistance Centers for both Part C and Home Visiting
