Empower TGi to hold meetings beginning in January 2004 as required to conduct business necessary to progress the Sponsor Ballot re-circulation process, including creating and issuing drafts for Sponsor Ballot re-circulation, conducting teleconferences, and handling other business necessary to progress through the IEEE standards process.
