Our Director Jack Sussmilch
For more than 20 years, Jack has propelled world-class Software Development, Software Configuration Management, Change Management, Requirements Management, and Process Engineering solutions for organizations that have dramatically enhanced their Software Development Lifecycle. Jack is passionate about Neurodiversity in the workplace and anything else which is closely linked to effective innovation and communication. With the unique makeup of teams, Jack doesn’t run “with the herd”. Jack uses a range of methods to prevent and resolve problems and to help ensure teams can achieve their potential. Jacks work has produced considerable results for clients and employers. For instance: ✔ Management of a highly diverse team at a large Australian Financial Services company. Planning and Execution of a massive turnaround of Software Configuration Management (SCM) Services at a large Australian Financial Services company. This involved the reworking of the team and the implementation of measurable and effective processes across the SCM Discipline and establishing SCM concepts across the Enterprise, ensuring the effective delivery in a highly complex environment (with up to 30 projects per releases with 7 releases annually). ✔ Leading a small team of Software Configuration Managers supporting both small and large transofrmaiton programmes. The larges of which had a peak load of more than 1600 Developers. ✔ Contracting in various Software Engineering Capacities to many large Corporate Entities across a wide variety of industries ✔ Jac is a mentor, coach and trainer who is good at explaining complex concepts in a clear way, including rolling out training frameworks to over 2,500 Software Engineers across Melbourne.
