Dr. Duarte-Silva and Ms. Benson will meet individually with students to help them identify the best internships for them based on personal interests
over the past two summers, my internships have corresponded with my academic and career goals at the time, while ultimately helping me narrow my fields of study

IIP partners with organizations where interns play an active role and are entrusted with assignments that are meaningful to the organization and fulfilling to the intern

the reports I wrote are being used to advise political-economic policy and to identify companies for Endeavor to adopt into its program

IIP partners with well-established organizations that employ or have working relationships with a diverse set of well-respected individuals in the given field
while working at Endeavor, I had the opportunity to interview the regional secretary of the economics ministry, the coordinator of the Chilean government’s innovation-promotion initiative, investor intermediaries, managers of business incubators for start-up firms, local businessmen, etc.

through IIP internships, I have visited parts of the world that I had never been to before; it has provided me invaluable experience in interacting with different cultures
learning to arrange to arrange your own housing and transportation is an important skill to develop for post-college life

my work at Endeavor exposed me to different ways to approach economic development; my more comprehensive understanding will be useful in my academic courses
while in Chile, I encountered topics in my research that have served as a springboard for JP brainstorming
