6. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of this request.
Parcel is surrounded by over 177 acres of R-9 zoning
Will allow parcel to be incorporated into future phases of Ashbrook Subdivision.
As a part of this future subdivision, appropriate buffering will be provided to McCrays Mill Rd. and any future parcel access will be from internal local access roads created as a part of the development.
