In FY06 Licensees have surpassed budget by 4% and remain almost flat with previous year.
Next year we will incorporate Chile into the licensee structure.
FY07 Budget (including Chile) is $2.2M, although our goal is to achieve $3M in royalties, surpassing budget by 38%.
Best Case drivers
Chile: has changed its business model, turning into a licensee. Considering the last months sales, we can expect them to surpass budget ($0.6) and get to $0.8M in royalties reported.
Central America: the incorporation of the Caribbean islands (Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, etc.) to the distribution. Videomark associated with a local company. Is important to remark that no original product is currently available in those islands.
Venezuela:
Colombia: “El Circulo” has started with us 9 months ago, with growing positive trend that is shown in their monthly statements.
