1. Development of new educational-qualification characteristics and new educational-professional curricula from top-to-bottom (Master to Bachelor) 2. Implementation of the credit dimension of academic disciplines 3. Implementation of the modular-rating knowledge assessment system 4. Admission to Bachelor training directions (fields) with election of specialisms in the 6th or 7th semster, priority of choice being determined by the student’s rating in the knowledge assessment system.

6 PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT TO IMPLEMENT CMSTS
“Conceptual Principles of Organizing the Educational Process in Higher Education Institutions according to Credit-Modular System of Training Specialists (CMSTS)” have been developed Scientific-practical seminar entitled “The Credit-Modular System of Training Specialists in the Context of the Bologna Declaration” was organized and conducted (November 21-22, 2003) Working groups have been organized to carry out organizational and methodological monitoring of the pedagogical experiment

7 PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT TO IMPLEMENT
CMSTS “Methodological Recommendations on Formation of an Educational-Professional Curriculum for Training Specialists in the Credit-Modular System of the Educational Process” have been developed “Provisional Regulations on the Teacher-Curator of Individual Educational Program” have been developed Information packages have been compiled New curricula enabling students to formulate their individual study programmes and variable paths, and new curricula structured as sets of content modules in the credit dimension, which enables individual paths of study, have been developed

Creation of a new classifier of professions and positions Creation of a new list of training directions and specialisms Construction of new State educational standards based on new foundations The problem of formation of the Master’s cycle contingent of students

The problems related to the call to the Ukrainian Army Revision of the norms of the ratio of the number of students per one teacher Defining the minimum number of students in a group who are studying according to a concrete variable path The problem of payment for the transition from one variable path to another one, and the possible number of transitions from one path to another

Developing packages of normative documents on exclusion of students, their re-admission and stipend provision under conditions of CMSOEP Provision of higher education institutions with licensed software products Realization of State programme to provide normative part of the educational-professional curricula with Ukrainian-language text-books and teaching materials English-language materials for the educational process
