Log in to Blackboard and select Mrs. Sander’s Blackboard site. Click on Newton’s Laws video under the Physical Science tab and watch it. Take notes on the video as you watch it. 3 A EdPuzzle Students will login to Edpuzzle and watch a video on Newton’s laws of motion and answer video questions that follow. AUGMENTATION Technology acts as a direct tool for substitution with some functional improvement. Using your assigned computer, log in and open a Chrome browser. Log in to Blackboard and select Mrs. Sander’s Blackboard site. Click on the Physical Science tab. Click on the link to Edpuzzle. Click on “I’m a new student” For your first name, use a nickname and for your last name enter 1sanders. For your username put your nickname and 1sanders together. Create your own password. Don’t use your . Click on join a class and enter your class code. Note: Your teacher will give this to you. 4 Comic Strip on Newton’s Laws
Students will login to makebeliefscomix.com to create a comic strip that correctly illustrates one of Newton’s laws . MODIFICATION Technology allows for significant task redesign. Go to In groups of two, students will work together/collaborate to create a 3 panel comic strip that illustrates 1 of Newton’s laws of motion. Take a picture of your comic strip using the snipping tool. or save your comic strip to the teacher’s pen drive or your desktop computer. Note: Your teacher will upload all of the comic strips collected to a Padlet board to evaluate as a separate grade.
