Micro Waves These are radio waves with the shortest wavelengths and highest frequencies. Infrared Rays These are electromagnetic waves with shorter wavelengths. Visible Light These are the electromagnetic waves that you can see.

They have higher frequencies than visible light. X- Rays These have wavelengths slightly shorter than ultraviolet. The frequencies are slightly higher than ultra violet. They carry higher energy that can penetrate most matter. Gamma Rays These have the shortest wavelengths and highest frequencies. They have the greatest amount of energy.
