2. 2:20I have been crucified with Christ, but I live, no longer I, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in body, I live in faithfulness, that of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself above me.

3:5 Does God give you the Spirit and work miracles in you out of works of law, or out of faithful hearing? 6 even as Abraham “believed in God, and it was reckoned to him into* righteousness.” *resulting in
3:10 For as many as are out of works of law are under a curse, for it is written that “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”

3. 21 Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God
21 Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come out of law. 22 But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, out of faithfulness of Jesus Christ, might be given to the faithful.
23 Before the coming of the faithfulness, we were held in custody under law, locked up until the faithfulness that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our tutor until Christ came that we might be made right out of faithfulness. 25 Now that the faithfulness has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
26 So you are all sons of God through faithfulness in Christ Jesus, 27 for as many as were immersed into Christ have put on Christ as clothing. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you are Christ’s, then you are of Abraham’s seed, heirs according to the promise.
