TTR – common project of FTE and RNE with main goal to improve the timetable planning process to avoid incomplete harmonisation of timetabling procedures between European countries TTR IT Landscape is defined modulary: RU Layer IM Layer Common Layer Modules = micro-services The major aim of the advanced planning is to have a first view on the capacity needs Cap. Needs announc. = First overview on the capacity (available capacity and TCRs) Train Harmonization – RUs plan the trains more precisely and service supports the preparation and harmo. the complete RU TT for all trains

Document finishing until end of October 2018 Feasibility check: 2-step approach Step 1 Review through the TTR IT Working Group and all members that FTE can mobilize through FTE Working Groups until end of October Assessment results analysed and presented at TTR IT Full Group meeting on – the opportunity for discussion! 8 TTR IT Landscape: Impact analysis
The companies will be asked to check: If the described modules can be included in the company implementation plan If the described modules can be implemented according to the defined timeline. If not when they can be implemented. If there are any mistakes in the document and described modules If there are any modules missing A high-level cost estimation for the different modules Which modules have to be described in more detail.
