What are the legal requirements for migrants to have access to healthcare services? Can they still benefit from healthcare services even if they are found to be irregularly residing in your State?
Is the healthcare service accessible?

Do they enjoy the same services as any other citizen?
Are there any special or specific services/programmes for vulnerable migrants?
Are there non-discrimination laws that prohibit any form of discriminatory behaviour towards migrants?
How are they implemented in practice? Is there any form of redress if a migrant considers to have been discriminated?
