2. Project Summary
Students act as restaurant owners who want to open a restaurant that serves authentic Latin American cuisine in South Pasadena. Through research students gather information about typical plates, about the country that they chose. Students use their knowledge of food vocabulary to create a menu for their restaurant . Each team wil give an oral presentation including a minimal amount of sentences in the target language.
