Click on “Data Entry.”
Choose your hospital.
Choose the year of the data you are submitting.
Choose the month of the data you are submitting.
Click “Go.”

5. Quality Collections: Data Entry
Be sure the N/D tab is chosen. This is where you submit the monthly monitoring numerator and denominator data.

6. Quality Collections: Data Entry
Enter the numerator data.
Enter the denominator data.
Click “Save.”
