COLLABORATE to make use of the relationships that we build by working together to come closer to a common goal Steps to Leveraging Relationship: Discover new people with a common interest Cultivate and Maintain a Relationship so that it is meaningful Reach Out! Share Ideas and Collaborate!

4 Ice Breaker Introduce Yourself To Someone New:
What Chapter are they from? What is one or two issue(s) their chapter is facing? Exchange Contact Information!

5 Fluid Communication Communicating Our Problems:
9/10 another chapter is facing or has faced the same problem. By increasing our communication we can: 1 : Implement solutions to common problems that occur 2 : Develop stronger relationships 3 : Increase our ability to collaborate and connect NSBEconnect- start zone specific chats for more fluid and faster communication between leaders and even members

6 Collaboration Challenge
Collaboration Challenge: Group present is split into smaller group and given the challenge of how to best make a PB&J Sandwich. They are given a time limit (depending on the time given) to collaborate with one another in their group to send a presentative to the front to share what was discussed. The Group that have the best explanation on how to make a PB&J will be the winner. Purpose: to show how collaboration can leverage a relation and help work towards a common goal

7 Reflection How can we Leverage Relationships
with other Chapter in our Zones? How can we become better leaders? 1st: We can create a Network/Relationship with Chapters in our Zones 2nd: Objective Goals Strategies Measures (OGSM) Implement a common goal between Chapters and Zones to start off the year strong
