Dear Iris, Angela and Doug
My thoughts are with you at this poignant time, and they are stretching back through the years of our friendship to the time when I first met with you and Roger. Roger was one of the most genial, outgoing and loving persons that I have known: patient, giving, jovial, positive and wise. Through the traumas that you as a family experienced, he, with you, maintained a coherent and loving environment. I, like you, will miss his wise counsel, and loving personality.

In loving memory of Hilary Stephen.
A woman who loved fully, shared generously and bravely faced the problems throughout her life. Sadly missed Max Thompson

Dear Jim and Jacki, I address you both at this sad time, since you were both very close to Jim’s father. The last few weeks have been emotionally and physically draining for you and Hilda, and that will make the loss even more acute. But how lovely that you can look back and acknowledge the contribution that Art. made to your lives over so may years. Jim, you are so fortunate that in recent years you and your father were able to make trips, and share so many happy times together. My love to you both, and to Hilda.

Dear Leonie, The untimely passing of George is the passing of a person of great dynamism, concern for others, and one who was, as long as he was able, always willing to help make things happen. I met you and George in the halcyon days of Prahran Presbyterian church, and will always remember George’s cheerful and positive manner And even when we last met, although wheel-chair bound, he still showed a real spirit for life. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I am especially mindful of your personal anguish over the recent years as his illness progressed. My sincere sympathy Max.
