Figure 1 Representative high-resolution CT (HRCT) scan of bronchiectasis in our cohort. There was a Bhalla bronchial dilatation severity score of 3 in HRCT 16 months after clinical bronchiectasis diagnosis. The bronchial diameter was > 300% of the caliber of the adjacent pulmonary artery (arrow). Note accompanying bronchial wall thickening.
