Storage Balance Requirements 115SS, 60SS, SS-3 Injection 97% of TASQ Minimum balance required at end of contractual injection period Withdrawal 25% of TASQ Maximum balance on the last day of withdrawal season Failure to meet this requirement may result in penalties detailed in Tariff Sections 5.4 (115SS), 5.5 (60SS) and 5.7 (SS-3). Storage Withdrawal Capability By Type of Service 115SS & 60SS Tariff Sections 5.4 and 5.5 SS-3 Tariff Section 5.7 If remaining balance is: Entitled to: Ratchet 1 ≥ 35% 100% 100%-17% 110% Ratchet 2 ≤ 35% but ≥ 16% 92% <17% Ratchet 3 ≤ 16% but ≥ 10% 70% Ratchet 4 ≤ 10% 63% Maximum withdrawal for a customer shall be the MDWQ specified in the corresponding Storage Service Agreement which shall be calculated as 1.1/115th of TASQ for 115SS and SS-3 and 1.1/60th of TASQ for 60SS. For additional information on the above, please reference Tariff Section 5.4 (115SS), Section 5.5.(60SS) and also Section (SS-3). Minimum Storage Balances December 35% January February 15% The percentage of TASQ which remains in storage for service under Rate Schedules 115SS or 60SS must meet or exceed the above percentages. If the required balance is not maintained, Equitrans’ delivery obligations to customers may be reduced by 10%. For additional information on the above, please reference Tariff Section 5.5. Please note the information above does not include service under Rate Schedule GSS on the AVC System due to periodic updates that are required over the next 3 years. Please reference Tariff Section 5.13 for the currently effective provisions required under Rate Schedule GSS.
