Focus on improving production of the 6 modules
Continue & extend voluntary collection of details beyond the legal requirements
Candidates:
EGSS and energy flow accounts (setting up and developing annual voluntary collections for the period before these modules become obligatory)
Environmental subsidies and similar transfers
Resource management expenditure
Improve publicity and use of data
