In Numeracy we have been learning about the months of the year and the seasons. This poem helps us remember how many days there are in each month.
For your homework this week, I would like you to write it out neatly, you could also decorate your work with pictures related to the seasons.
When you have done this I would like you to learn the poem please. If you can’t quite remember the months of the year in the right order, you could also challenge yourself to learn them.

Thirty days has September.
April, June and November;
All the rest have 31,
Except February alone
Which has 28 days clear
And 29 in each leap year.
