2. Workflow Process: Prior to CathLab
ePRISM®
The Nurse will review the data that was pre-populated by FigMD and verify it for accuracy
Once information is verified by nurse, he/she creates the patient education material and prints it
The printed patient education material is given to the patient to take home and review
This workflow assumes the patient will proceed to PCI following a diagnostic cath

3. Workflow Process: CathLab Visit
ePRISM®
The Nurse will review the data that was pre-populated by FigMD and verify it for accuracy
Once the information is verified by the nurse, he/she generates the patients personalized informed consent document
The doctor reviews the personalized risk profile and engages in shared decision making with the patient while discussing their personalized treatment plan
Physician and patient will both sign the informed consent document

4. Workflow Process: CathLab Visit continued
ePRISM®
Time Out
A technician in the control room selects the correct patient in ePRISM and ensures eLUMEN is displayed in the CathLab
Once the physician determines “the stage of disease”, they will take a “time out” and either:
instruct the technician in the control room to select the correct Appropriateness Rating and save it in ePRISM
(OR)
Cancel the PCI and order CABG or Med Management
