Problem Description: 
Since the deregulation of Dutch healthcare delivery, many hospitals wish to expand to increase their market share. The areas targeted for expansion are chosen by considering patient demand, profitability, equipment requirements, research focus, and the hospital’s strategic plan. To achieve their growth targets, hospitals must choose which patient types (described by their symptoms) to attract to the hospital.
Which Patients Types will lead to growth in targeted areas while minimizing consequential (unintended) growth elsewhere?
