How do I get my User ID?
Use “ID Lookup” button or link on Login Page – see screen instructions
Provide the correct personal information (SSN, DOB or Name) to get your User ID (starts with ‘910’)
How do I get my PIN?
For first-time users, the PIN is your birthdate in MMDDYY format – see screen instructions
You will be prompted to reset it when you first log in to the Self-Service system (any 6 digits/numbers)
What if I forgot my PIN?
On Login Page, enter User ID and click “Forgot PIN” button – see screen instructions
Answer the Security Question correctly and then reset your PIN
What if my PIN is disabled?
Contact the Registrar’s Office at 6283 (on-campus) or (off-campus) or
The Computer Center cannot reset your Banner Self-Service PIN for you – see screen instructions
What if my Name or SSN is wrong?
Contact the Registrar’s Office at extension 6283 (on-campus) or (off-campus)
How do I make sure I am contacted in case of disasters or emergencies?
On the Personal Information page, add your cell phone number using the ‘SMS...’ phone type code
Also add a personal address on the Personal Information page – see screen instructions
