To Connote & Denote SNOWBALL
At the top of a sheet of paper, write one word whose meaning does not necessarily connote what it denotes, or vice versa. Crumple. Throw. Find a snowball. Find the 2+ definitions, the history, and write a sentence using each definition appropriately.
