Who are we? What do we do? We are the Hackney Learning Trust appointed cleaning provider. We started in April ‘15 with 16 and now have 24 schools/children centres across the borough. We have a motivated management team who have been working the contract since We offer the following services; 1. Commercial Cleaning Caretaker/Premises Team Relief Cover 3. Window Cleaning. 4. Consultancy Services – auditing, benchmarking and compliance. 5. Specialist Cleaning – kitchen deep clean, external areas, builders clean. Service Expectations. Once we've agreed to do something, you can be assured that it will be done. If we believe that there is a better way of delivering your cleaning service, we will bring it to your attention. You can expect that you won't have to tell us twice about anything. If we encounter a challenge, we use our experience to deliver a solution that works for you. You will always find us to be positive, enthusiastic and helpful. We will always keep you up so speed so you won't be left in the dark. We will be reviewing the value of our service on a regular basis so that we can act on your feedback and deliver improvements if need be. So I'll be around... Dedicated Manager’s who care
what do you expect from your current cleaning providers? How often do you expect to see or hear from the cleaning manager? What do your cleaning teams look like when walking around the school? Are they safeguard trained? Has the cleaning manager been made aware of the safeguarding officers? DBS and School’s Central Register up to date and ready for OFSTED? Deep cleaning planner sent to you one month in advance? English speaking Supervisors who can manage situations for you? Experience and knowledge on ‘success stories’ from neighbouring schools? Ideas on maintenance of your toilet facilities or advice when considering a refurbishment? What works and what has not worked before?
