Figure 1 PCa Induced Bone Formation via Endothelial-to-Osteoblast Conversion BMP4 (and possibly other factors) secreted from PCa cells upregulates OSX expression in Tie2+ endothelial cells, which undergo EC-to-OSB conversion to generate bone-forming osteoblasts in prostate cancer lesions.
