Keys to success
Toss should be at least twice as high as the net
Pass should be high enough so tosser could easily set without moving
Tossers should call the name of the passer
Passers should call the ball on the way up and call the name of the passer as they pass the ball.
Players 1-6 stand with a ball and back to net. Players 7-12 face net behind the ten foot line.
Players 1-6 each give players 7-12 a high toss. Players 7-12 each pass a high pass back to players 1-6.
Players 7-12 shuffle low to the next tosser on their right. (7 to 8, 8 to 9, 10 to 11, 11 to 12)
Players at end of line sprint to tosser at the beginning of line on opposite side of net.(9 to 10, 12 to 7)
At a predetermined number of times that 1 tosses to 7, 1 calls “switch”
Players 1-6 exchange places with 7-12
Tossers become passers and passers toss
Coaches choose the number of times around and the direction the players move
