Template Notes: - This is the content that needs to be covered during the first day of the SHOT II workshop - You may reformat to fit your design but make sure you cover the following points - Limit your presentation to no more than 10 slides - Each team will have 13 minutes for presentations and demonstrations - Each team will have 7 minutes for questions - Slides are due on June 27, 2012 via to following address

Mission Overview: Discuss your SHOT II Mission Be sure to cover the following: - WHAT is your objective - WHAT do you expect to prove and/or discover

SHOT II / UN-7 Connection:
- Clearly document the link between the high altitude SHOT II payload and your school’s NS-7 spacecraft/mission

SHOT II Design: - Discuss the details of your SHOT II design
> Include mechanical, electrical, software - Drawings and actual pictures are expected - Include a functional block diagram (should make sense logically) - Hardware used - Discuss User Guide Compliance (i.e. weight, flight string attachment, RF, labeling etc) - Answer the question “How you are going to complete your mission with this design.”

SHOT II Test Details: - Discuss your test program for you SHOT II design - Prove your project is ready for flight - Show test data (graphs, charts, etc) that are labeled, with key events indicated - Structural tests should be included but equal time should be devoted to mission/science tests (present mission/science test first) - Proof should be shown that you have actually recorded, off-loaded, and analyzed your data

Expected Results: - Discuss the expected results and what conclusions you expect to make from these results - This should be detailed and include examples of test data

Demonstration: - Introduce your SHOT II demonstration - Describe what will be shown and/or demonstrated - Payload should be unsealed for interior and exterior inspection.
