Welcome Letters Each Tuesday all new clients are mailed Welcome Letters

If you do not want a client to receive a Welcome Letter than you must uncheck the send letter field on the order screen. The send letter field is defaulted to send the Welcome Letter

It is important to notify you client that they will be receiving the letter. Some clients can get confused regarding the Welcome Letter and think that it is a Letter of Acceptance regarding policy issue.

Explain to the client that the Letter signifies the processing of their application and not the Approval of their Application. Read the following sample Welcome Letter so you know what they are receiving. It is a good idea to carry a laminated sample letter to show new clients.
