1. Enlarging the membership of the municipalities TU workers
Since Jordan has Democratic atmosphere and has ratified human rights standards and convention 98 , on the right to organize and bargain collectively , also the latest constitutional reforms which gave the right to the Jordanians to organise their TU s . With we seized the chance to create our TU to be a real democratic representative body which defend workers interests and rights.

We have to monitor our steps and activities which depend on the planning of the executive committee which will investigate to what extents we are.

We assume to take advantage of the latest constitutional reforms .
We are still facing deficiency of the labour law which still consider us as an illegal TU.
