There are three elements to this new functionality:
a) searching for patients,
b) registering patients- both online and in Health one
c) seeing the patient and recording the consultation.

3. Finding Type 2, GMS, Diabetic Patients
Search on
Problem /Medical History
Medications (ideally use ATC code)

4. Registering patients- both online and in Health one
Register in Practice disease Register
Register on PCRS
Register in Health One that patient is registered on PCRS

5. Seeing the patient and recording the consultation.
Visit 1
Visit 2
Visits outside of the cycle of care
Recording the minimum required for PCRS and/or performing/recording a more comprehensive diabetic review.
