Figure S5. A. HCC1937 cells were co-transfected with either a Flag or a Flag-LCoR expressing vector together with a RIP140 siRNA (siRIP140) as indicated. Cell proliferation was measured over 9 days. Absorbance of Formazan crystals was read on a spectrophotometer and results represent proliferation at day 9. Results were normalized to the cell density of T47D cells not transfected with LCoR or siRIP140. B. WT and p21 KO MEF cells were transfected with either a Flag or a Flag-LCoR expressing vector as indicated. Cell proliferation was measured over 7 days.
