Start Menu
To Open the Start Menu: Click the Start button or press on keyboard.
To resize App Tile: Right-click a tile, click Size and select a size.
To Remove a Tile from Start Menu: Right-click the tile and click Unpin from Start.
To add a Tile to Start Menu: Right-click the app and select Pin to Start.
To lock your computer: Click the Account button and select Lock.
To sign out of Windows: Click the Account button and select Sign Out.
To Switch User: Click the Account button and select another user account.

5. Where to Save Your Files
Staff Quota (Profile)
When saving under Desktop, Pictures, Favourites, Documents the Quota is 10 GB
Shared Drive
Log a call with SA Helpdesk to have a Shared Drive created for work files.

6. What Is A Windows Profile
A user profile is a digital identity of your user account. This is the place to save all work data on a secure platform.
All work related data must be saved as follows:
My Desktop
My Documents
My Favourites
Shared Drive – Specific folder access can be requested via Helpdesk
You can request for permissions on the requested folder within the Shared Drive
which can be read or write, modify or full access. Personal data that is found within
the share drive will be deleted.
Any work related files that have been saved under Downloads, must be moved to your
profile folders and/or Shared Drive
