Have established men recommend to you people who they think would be volunteers.

6. FORM STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS
Look at the demographics of your church. Determine what men are most likely to serve. Find where they are in the church and build a community there.

7. RECRUIT FROM OPPORTUNITY…INSTEAD OF NEED
WHAT OPPORTUNITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR CHILDREN’S MINISTRY? HOW CAN YOU GET MEN INTERESTED IN THOSE OPPORTUNITIES?

8. If you have no VISION, anyone can run your life.
