Detailed description of contract:
Lottery funded heritage Scheme on behalf of the Lindleys Mill Trust. Replace the existing Timber Roof to include a Glazed ‘Heritage’ Rooflight and Liquid applied waterproofing. Install bespoke timber windows to improve ventilation, carry out external Landscaping works to improve the visitor experience.

Working with the client to develop sympathetic building solutions to eradicate inherent damp and condensation associated with unvented masonry buildings
