Primary Nocturnal Enuresis? Primary nocturnal enuresis is the involuntary discharge of urine at night by children old enough to be expected to have bladder control. Enuresis is considered primary when bladder control has never been attained and secondary when incontinence reoccurs after at least six months of continence

Treatments – bed alarm; oxybutynin; desmopressin (based on three systems) Follow up? – can you review symptoms? Healthy Child Team Continence Service? Paediatrician?
