5 Project Overview Objective: Develop and Implement a system to improve the efficiency and timeliness of the closing out process at our institution. This project will incorporate the five practices of successful leadership.

12 Resolution This system will make the closeout process more timely and more efficient. This system will decrease the closeout process from 45 days to 30 days Interactive Workflow Forms are introduced to the team Implement an Interactive Closeout Process Workflow
