Selected Student Section Archive and Re-enable a Student’s Account Log Edgenuity PDP edudigitalteacher.com

2 1. Enroll a Student Login @ http://learn.education2020.com/.
Click Add Student in the Manage Students section. Click

3 1. Enroll a Student Enter required information*. - First Name
- Last Name - Password Enter

4 1. Enroll a Student Enter any optional information needed for your educational environment*. - Other Information - Demographic Data - Educational Background - User Options - Text-to-Speech and Text Translation may not be enabled - Address & Contact Info - Parent Contact Info

5 1. Enroll a Student Click Add Student. Click

6 1. Enroll a Student Username is automatically generated and displayed.

7 1. Enroll a Student You can now Add another student.

8 1. Enroll a Student Or go Back to Students.

9 2. Selected Student Section
Check in the Selected Student section appears in the upper-left hand corner with the student’s name. Now you can;. Check

Click the student’s name to edit the student’s account information. Click

Click the envelope to send the student an . Click

Click View Courses to see the student’s course list. Click

Click Progress Report to view details about the student’s performance. Whenever you are making changes that affect a single student, be sure to double-check the Selected Student section to ensure that you are working with the correct student. Click

To archive (disable) a student’s account, click Select Student in the Manage Students section. Click

A list of student names will appear. List

Click the Edit radio button next to the student’s User ID. Click

Click Disable on the toolbar above the student list. Click

Click OK on the warning message to proceed. Click

To enable a student’s account, click Select Student in the Manage Students section. Click
